Automotive Mechanic: (Currently Hiring)
Pay: $28 - $38 per hour
Automotive Mechanic (Intermediate & Master Technicians)
*ASE Certifications Recommended but NOT Required*

Qualifications
- ASE certifications bonus but not required
- Automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver’s license
- Bonus if you have worked in franchise dealership
- Experience Automotive Repair: 1 year (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor\Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Increasing shop productivity and young technician mentorship Bonus opportunity

Service Advisor: (Currently Hiring)
Automotive Service Advisor
STS Quality Auto Care is a small business in Lynnwood, WA. We are professional, experienced, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilites:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Create service orders and schedule appointments
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Communicate additional services or maintenance to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Basic experience with following software: Mitchell1 TeamWorks, AllData, Microsoft 365 Products (training will be provided if not experienced)
- Basic knowledge of engine, transmission, suspension, and other mechanical components (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with basic automotive repairs and the ability to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle’s needs
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and the ability to accurately transmit information to technicians
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Well-organized and well-presented
- Previous experience as a Service Writer in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred but not required
