Intermediate & Master Technicians
- Multi-point inspections
- PM’s, Certifications

- Brakes inspection and system check

- Cooling Systems inspections and minor repairs
- Electrical Cranking Systems for charge and perform minor repairs or replacements

ASE Classifications

To qualify to be hired as an Auto Mechanic II, III, or IV, an applicant MUST possess the following valid ASE Certifications:
- Mechanic Technician II:- two of the following three: A4, A5, A7
- Mechanic Technician III:- A4, A5, A7 plus A2 or A3
- Mechanic Technician IV : all eight A1 – A8

Open Position 2: Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
– Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
– Create service orders and schedule appointments
– Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
– Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
– Upsell additional services or maintenance packages
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
– Experience with following software: Mitchell1 TeamWorks, AllData, Microsoft 365 Products (training will be provided if not fully experienced as long as basic knowledge is there)
– Previous experience as a Service Writer in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred
– Knowledge of engine, transmission, suspension, and other mechanical components
– Familiarity with automotive repair sales and the ability to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle’s needs
– Basic understanding of vehicle systems and the ability to accurately transmit information to technicians
– Strong sales and upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities
– Strong communication and writing skills
– Well-organized and well-presented
